Te success of the tourism sector in improving the standard of living in Indonesia,
including the Otak Kokok Joben Tourism Destination Area (TDA) in Sikur district, East
Lombok regency, reﬂects a positive development. Tis can be seen from the positive experiences
of tourists. However, this is in contrast with the environmental conditions and the role of the
community which demonstrate negative impacts.
